   Technology can now be built faster and more collaboratively than ever before, creating an opportunity to rethink who that value is for.

   The Question: What If Tech Profit Served Community?

   What would it look like if a tech company was built to return value to the community it's built within?

   Our approach is to build by community, with community, starting in Vancouver.

   Lever One: Community Contribution Company (C3) & TEED

   As a Community Contribution Company (C3), dividends paid to investors are capped at 40%, enabling more capital to remain within the social enterprise and flow to qualified entities such as charities.

   In parallel, we are building the TechnoEthos Ethics Engine and Dashboard (TEED) as a tool to help steward Responsible AI governance within ogranizations and provide ethically-focused compliance evalutations throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

4. 04
   Lever Two: Charity & Community Partnership

   As a C3, soon to be registered as a charity, we are required to spend the majority of our time working with local non-profits and organizations affected by the industries of digital technology in which we are operating, with EdTech being our first focus.

   Any excess revenue beyond operating costs is reinvested into the community, while we provide custom tools, specialized feedback, and high-caliber talent that many organizations could not otherwise access.
